Dr. Ivancev,  co-founder and board member, is an Interventional Radiologist and serial inventor who has pioneered advances in interventional tools and techniques within and outside the human vascular system.

Dr. DeFord, co-founder, CEO and Chairman of the Board, is a seasoned medical device executive, researcher, inventor, and has helped develop over 1200 medical devices in his over 35 year career. 

Dr. Kassab, co-founder, board member, and Founder/Chair of California Medical Innovations Institute is a serial entrepreneur, researcher and inventor with over 300 issued/pending patents.  He and his team lead development efforts for SMI
